We are searching for students that are eager to embark on challenging projects and get experience with a variety of industry activities. All majors are encouraged to apply. Internships are part-time (15 hours a week) during the school year and full-time (40 hours a week) during the summer.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with financial analysis, reporting, and reconciliation processes in the finance department.
  • Implementation of ACH payments for merchants.
  • Participate in the preparation of financial statements, invoices of Merchant accounts.
  • Accounts Payable: Assists with reconciling and preparing merchant accounts for processing.
  • Assists with the review and processing of Merchant related invoices, ensuring charge codes and Merchant's funding has been verified.
  • New Merchant set-up and maintenance in the system.
  • Invoicing support - includes gathering supporting documentation.
  • Utilizes various systems and tools, performs research and assists with implementations as needed.
  • Performs tasks that help in learning the business area and which provide an overall view of company operations.
  • Assist other staff members with everyday tasks to gain an understanding of the Company's operations and workflow.
  • Completes other assigned Department related tasks.
